Well if you look at the Farbar Service Scanner it told me what was missing or corrupt, so just made good copy from known good machine.

Rogue was easy, but the damage done by ZeroAccess was nasty, still got there in the end without a format, so another one bites the dust.

Sounds like your .exe file association is messed up, try running Rkill or FixExec There is a link for FixExec in Description or you can download the regfix for it.
