So easy a kid can do it. Beginners dessert making.

Ingredients
3 eggs
750 ml evaporated milk
1 tin condensed milk
2 tbsp grated ginger
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg

Blend all ingredients, whisk or use cake mixer.

Strain into dish, to remove ginger pieces.

Bake in water bath at 350 Fahrenheit for 45 mins.

Should still be jiggly on top. Sets as it cools. Refridgerate. Serve cold.
