Hi Donal, I made these a couple of years ago, we all loved them, I haven`t been cooking much since then but since then whenever we have lunch or dinner with friends at Thai Restaurants, we always have a selection of dishes to share on the my choice is always to include - Thai fish mmm
We had lunch out the other day and once again I found the Thai fish cakes were never as good as your recipe, so thanks, I`m cooking again and your TFC will be on the menu this week.
