"Languages of the peoples of the Caucasus" is a project dedicated to the 2019 year declared by the UN as the year of the languages of the world's indigenous peoples.

The Caucasus is a unique region where dozens of unique human languages are interwoven. Many of them have no related groups and are fragments of the languages of the ancient inhabitants of Asia Minor and Europe, preserved in the Caucasus Mountains in a unique way.

Our task is to preserve the words of these languages and share them with the world. In a series of graphic clips supplemented by infographics, you will learn more about the languages and language groups of the Caucasus, about the speakers of these languages - their number and places of residence, about the peculiarities of the history of the peoples - speakers of Caucasian languages.

We have prepared for you 200 words and 30 colloquial phrases in the main languages and dialects of the peoples of the Caucasus, written and voiced by people for whom they are native. We will accompany some videos with information and sound of extinct and ancient forms of the languages of the Caucasus, thanks to cooperation with linguists.

Rare languages are rare jewels and our joint task is to preserve the diversity of the culture of all mankind for future generations in the context of globalization and digitalization of the world. Your English is good but you consistently mispronounce the word 'thousand'. Moreover, you put a extra th sound where it isn't supposed to be there when you pronounce dates like 1860.

thanks for this video but In my opinion there are some mistakes
1-You said Abazin language as Abaza but Abaza common name for both Abkhaz and Abazin in Diaspora. They cassification themselves as Apsua(abkhaz) Ashuva(tapanta in russian literature) and Ashkharua under the "ABAZA" upper identity

2- 200.000 Abkhaz can't be their real number. Turkish wikipedia says they are about 500.000 or 600.000. and trust me this numbers very close the reality.(but I can't say they all know their language (especially young generations) while they keeping their culture and identity well). There are about 80 Abazin(Ashuva and Ashkar) villages and there are almost twice as many Abkhaz(Apsua) villages in Turkey

3- If I am not mistaken there are also dialects in Abkhaz language: Abjuwa, Byzp and Sadz(only spoken in Turkey right now)

По английски CIRCASSIAN отображается как СИРКЭЙША... но на 1:21 у вас произноситься "СИРКЭСИАНс"... да и в остальном "ваш" английский такой же.
Это не касаемо изложенного в видео.
Короче, занимайтесь лучше своим родным языком - демонстрируя как его носители вообще оказались в кавказском регионе.
Есть такая тема, что в ходе 18 века в ходе активности хрюсаков в кавказском регионе, было сделано замечание, что - они (русаки) приплывая на своих маленьких лодчонках в Меотиду, спрашивали у нас разрешения порыбачить тут. Это было их внутренним морем, но сейчас там одни славяне, вот и делайте выводы.
