Every online transaction in India is 2 factor authenticated as per RBI guidelines so bankers know it is impossible to do any transaction without customer negligence. You can only get refund mostly in case of cash withdrawal by cloned atm card or international credit card transaction which happen without otp. In rest of the cases no refund will be given by any bank

Idk why many employees in India avoid giving compensation to the customers as if it rolls out of their salary, whereas companies never say them to do infact customer should be informed about their rights if its a legit issue

U need to submit full proof and complaint to bank and u get temporary credit only once the investigation is done then only full amount is given back
