Awesome to experience God's Holy Presence in Orthodox Christian Divine Liturgy ☦️ I find my humble heart to be enriched more when I start Sunday worship at Vespers in the evening prior and continue with Orthros, prior to The Blessed Holy Divine Liturgy 🕊🛐

Divine Liturgy exists in eastern catholic churches as well.

Meanwhile, we protestants start with like a joke and the dates of the next scheduled Friday potluck and Wednesday bowling or golf tournament before anxiously awaiting to go venerate Saint Ronald Mcdonald after whatever Pastor Bubba Billy Bob Jebadiah rants about
🤦🏻‍♂️⚡️

I recently visited an Orthodox Church to my surprise the father really did not give a sermon on the scripture he read. I wonder how can we learn if there was no explanation?
