My data isn't being downloaded as a zip folder, only as a .tif, any help on this matter?

I watched this tutorial and I noticed that the File Format you used isn't available on the TNM. All that is available is a GEOTiff. I am able to bring it in to ArcMap, but it won't let me clip the tiff. Do I need to convert it into polygon first and then back to raster?

TNM Download (v2.0)
Doesn"t show me squat. No selection, now download cart. Nada.

Crap, non-intuitive interface that says "Do a search" under products. Great! I've defined my area of interest with a bounding box, polygon...whatever. Nothing shows in the product tab. Useless.
