Lea and Shaun Commit to Hard Work for Each Other - The Good Doctor

Shaun tells more about his past to Lea that makes her realize what she did. Also, Shaun told her she is flawed, messy and a total wonderful human being. I looked into Lea's eyes and noticed how much she loves Shaun. I am glad they are finally on the same page and want to work hard to stay together.

I never get tired of watching this scene. Obviously because of their reconciliation, but also because of the gentle way he retakes holding her hands. It conveys how deeply he loves her and his desire to always be there for her. I remember a great line I once heard on a tv series about another loving but challenging relationship. " If it isn't complicated then they're probably not you're soulmate." Shaun and Lea are definitely each others soulmate!

I’m so happy that Shaun and Lea are back togther (I’ll be really upset if they don’t. They are one of my comfort tv couples) but Im surprise that no one said that Lea was the one who proposed first.

It would have been nice if they could have sealed this reconciliation with a kiss. But that is the very tiniest of quibbles. That they are back together is the most supremely important takeaway from this sweet scene.

I enjoyed this scene because it highlights what marriage is about. It's more than just love and commitment. It's hard work. I feel like Shaun and Lea were probably too wrapped up in the planning and romance that they forgot that by getting married, the work in their relationship was never going to stop, in fact it's more important now. There is no such thing as happily ever after. By realizing that they need to commit to hard work, they learned the last thing they needed to learn before getting married. If they got married without understanding this truth, they probably could've crashed and burned. By committing to hard work, they'll always want to fight for their relationship before anything else.

Lea didn’t mean to make her weak. She didn’t understand the boundaries of he’s satisfaction scores. She thought 💭 he was overwhelmed and stressed out it. It’s bout happened in the pass as a child in gym class. If he stops attending gym he’ll get a B on his progress. But he doesn’t deserve it, because not attending it is not achieved it. He made him humiliated

It's incredibly easy to imagine the two of them in the exact same pose, with the holding of the hands, at the altar. I very much hope so!!! I've never seen a couple on tv that is more deserving of that outcome than these two!!!
