Since customer support hasn't answered me for more than a month, I decided to share my ABSOLUTELY NEGATIVE review here! Since mid-May I have not been able to use the bicycle. The system never allowed me to register my fingerprints because my fingerprints are probably not marked enough. Furthermore, since mid-May I can no longer unlock the bike through the app. It just doesn't work anymore. I contacted the assistance center, they replied that they would come back with a solution, but since June 2nd no one has shown up. The result is that I spent more than 3, 000 euros on a product that now I can't use. The bike is standing in the courtyard filling up with dust, with the wheels locked. Judge my level of satisfaction with this purchase.

Two questions for the "creators":
1. Have you submitted a pre-production model for independent testing by one of the cycling magazines? (GCN, Velo News, Bicycling etc)
2. If not? Why not?

Maintenance would be interesting on this. Those wheels look wobbly. Definitely wouldn't touch it without independent reviews from recognized cycling news outlets.

The lighted up logo in the front of the bike looks suspiciously like Beats by Dr Dre logo. Have a feeling there’s gonna be a copyright infringement coming😂

The fork that's holding the rear and front wheels covers very small part of the wheel that gives the wheel huge leverage side impact. If not a safety failure, it's going to be incredibly wobbly.
Increase the fork area along the wheel perimeter and use that fork as a lever for suspension as well. That will also give larger surface area for brakes.
Also decrease the tire thickness, that will be optimum for city and more efficient.

Interesting e-bike! If I were choosing a new bike for myself today, and my choice would fall on an electric bike (today I ride an MTB bike around the city and cross-country), then I would most likely take it for myself... But. Have questions? What is its price?.. What are its competitors, what are its repairs, and what are the possibilities?.. In general... It makes a pleasant impression of a futuristic device!
