Regarding the last question, the most effective approach is often to bring in a COO. This role can help address critical areas that may fall outside of your current focus, but are essential for driving the business forward. in my opinion - the self censorship being more reserved versus being very bold and couragous... overall we need more good couragous people in this world. that there probably is not 1 approach that is best for such a wide range of all possible situations! so i encourage both, you gotta just make the best informed choices you can at the time in terms of understanding the wider landscape you are operating in. good luck and i hope to hear more bold statements from you in the future as i regard you as the following thing: MY FRIEND

Another banger…..I’m high level at my current business, and moving up rapidly. Idk if I have what it takes to go to that next level, but the guys just above me aren’t that either….i get promoted cause I make shit happen, get it done…the higher the title, the more politics stuff I run into. Parts are maddening but some of it makes sense. I just wish I could get into the ownership “pool” and make real money, or have the ability to do so, I would steamroll some of these guys, but There’s no incentive where I’m at, not really
