I usually name after knowing the personality even if it takes a while. I have a number of nameless snakes and only a few pets with names. Even after naming, I usually call some other names or just inappropriate words but nothing that isn’t earned at times so it’s fitting. I expected the pond to become frog city. I have this spot at the end of my driveway that is like a mini water hole at times because it needs to be filled. It’s not terrible or anything so if I drive over it’s not bad at all. Anyway, I don’t fill it because throughout the summer when it’s outback hot outside the leopard frogs use it. It’s really quite the scene cause there’s like 100 of them without exaggeration at all. One giant pool party.
