Well, considering there's already legal precedent on the unconstitutionality of the ban, it should be utterly DESTROYED. In fact, because there was legal precedent PRIOR to these traitors passing the law, it should never have been allowed to even be brought up. HOLD THESE TRAITORS ACCOUNTABLE

Their claim of "leading cause of death of children", is completely false because they had to add 19yr olds into their numbers. But regardless, it is an underlying false narrative anyway when they push their "ban ARs because of those actual numbers, those commited with ARs are a drop of water in an ocean. The vast majority of those numbers they like to parrot so frequently, are commited with stolen handguns. Banning anything will not make a dent in violent criminal behavior. People need to raise their kids right, and violent criminals need to be held accountable and punished.

OMFG I'm reading this transcript and the Judge slapped the state right in the old sisters. He asked the state stooge what the turnaround was to get you CCW permit when you apply. State says "Not as quick as it should be" The Judge responds "MINE'S BEEN PENDING SINCE SEPTEMBER"

Hey isra, how about stepping up in court instead of riding on coattails of the other lawyers and organizations involved in anti 2a laws in il. Also I thought isra have been bankrolled by another national organization involved in the current lawsuits, so why the constant talk for donations?
