I just use towels. I keep paper towels for when I know the mess would ruin my towels, but I made myself and everyone else in my family 2 rolls of unpaper towels each.

Buying only a roll or 2 of paper towels a year saves SO much money

I also sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder and pepper on my salad to step up the flavor.

Thanks, Pam! I usually put my salad on a towel, fold in half and bounce it gently.🥗 I like mine a little moist, not too dry. When did use paper towels, I would dry them and reuse.😊

After washing and bagging my fresh greens I put a layer of paper towels on the bottom of the bag and on the top and squeeze out all the air. The greens stay nice and fresh for longer.

Love love love this!!! I can’t tell you how many of those stupid salad spinners I’ve gotten rid of. They take up way too much space in my cabinet!!!

OK, so after reading comments I've decided....
I'm going to now tie up all my greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, the whole shebang, in a pillowcase and swing it around in my yard (with some music ofc) then throw it up it up in the air and call it my homemade tossed salad!

I get a large bowl with a top. Lay paper towel in the bowl put veggies in then paper towel over it. Put the lid on & shake vigorously. Then open the bowl and blot what still looks wet.

Centrifugal force works too. In the towel swing around and they are dry or in a mesh laundry bag. Love you Pam

Omgoodness! Great minds think alike. I've been doing this. I them reuse the paper towels to wipe up around the kitchen.
