Getting the BEST DEALS on all villager trades has never been easier. Those deals will be both for you, and everyone else on your server. No more moving villagers around through complicated conversion setups with boats and rails. Once you push your villager into place, anyone on your server can convert it will the simple flip of a lever (no rails, no minecarts, no water streams, no boats... easy, quick and clean). The villagers are also positioned to talk to each other spreading the good news of your curing them to boost those trades before you can afford to convert them all.

With especially long halls I'd suggest sectioning zombies off by walls so no dropped villager is out of a zombies aggro range. If you don't section the zombies off you'll notice they'll slowly start pooling in one area, and with only one zombie (or all the zombies in one area) the other ends of the halls may not have a zombie for conversions.

That's a very clever design. Thanks. I didn't realize each person in a server needs to cure villagers to get a discount, but I did know they drop prices if cured multiple times - up to about 4 cures or so. So this would be very handy. Trapping them in place w/ a slab while you set their trade, that's also very handy.

This is great, all the ones that I've seen like this have it so that the zombie can kill the villager when you want it too, but somehow it can do it when you don't want it to. Great design!

Nice! Awesome idea matching the height/sightlines with slabs and trapdoor. I wonder if irons bars can be incorporated into the design to speed up the conversion process?

I'm trying to thing of ways to automate it more.

Apparently there is a trick where you can detect the zombification of a villager by them popping out of a minecart and tripping a string... I suppose you could use their AI to do it too... by having them go towards another villager or away from a zombie... if you had a system that detected their conversion you could set it up so you flip one switch, drop each villager, they pop back up when they are infected, and then a dispenser either automatically hits them with a splash weakness or at the press of a button you could maybe hit all of the ones who need to be cured.

You could have a selector so you could, say if you had a row of ten villagers, pick which of those ten you want to drop (the ones who don't have maxed out trades), press a button, they all drop, get converted, pop back up, and then you press a button to dispense weakness on them. Then you could run along and hit them all with the golden apples. You could, I suppose, just drop them all each time but that could mean converting villagers who already had maxed out trades.

That said, I like the simplicity of this version. The extra resources to fully automate it might be worth it on a larger server but most servers this would get the job done about as well as you could hope for.

Dude!!!! I was thinking that i should comment on your last video to make a trading hall and i see this dude (but actually wutax made the best trading hall and you can add zombie to it too)

I have a few questions about the design. I dont quite get, why you want basically a double piston extender? You can just have to zombie only one block lower and in the back and put the levers on the floor. Also one thing I noticed is how you get the villagers in? You can also prevent the zombie seeing you and dont kill the villager by putting blocks between the workstations.
And also. How do you get the villagers in?
But its still a very cool setup! Keep up the great work and quality of the videos!

Okay for the trapdoors part just use slaps it’s much cheaper and it makes barely a difference
