The shelter owner is absolutely brilliant! What a great way to generate extra revenue and he also has an excellent eye for detail. Fantastic! Well done!!

The shelter owner needs to keep doing what he is doing with weddings bc this one was gorgeous and what he pulled off in 3 weeks normally would take a year to put together ❤ Food looked good and they even had an ice sculpture! 🥰

I worked in a hotel and I've seen the mindless damage. It's not blatant discrimination its a business trying to protect itself

It's kinda funny that the woman who specializes in making the world's tackiest wedding dresses organized probably the classiest traveler wedding reception I've ever seen. And she did it in such an unlikely place! I agree that Martin is/was absolutely brilliant with a great eye for detail & understanding his client. I hope the animal rescue had a huge increase in business.

seeing pre-teens gyrating and looking for their future husbands at like 12 makes me feel so uneasy

Thelma is an amazing woman. She’s calm and kind and the gowns may not be to everyone’s liking they have great workmanship in record setting time. What takes people months and months to accomplish she did in three weeks. Sure hope Mary appreciated what was done for her cause they couldn’t pay me enough lol

She says that the venues ring back and cancel because they are prejudice against the travellers..if I had a mob of people who were pissed and foul mouthed and fight and dont respect other people or their property I wouldn't want them at my place either..

The gentleman running the animal shelter was wonderful. He could have given little care or support knowing they had no where else to have the reception. I'm so glad Mary knew that & appreciated all he did and give him that big hug.

I can honestly say, Thelma and her entire team, Martin and his entire team, the bakery team, entertainers, and everyone else involved did an outstanding job for this girl. It all looked so brilliant in the end!

I feel bad when the travelers are denied just because they're travelers, but they kind of bring that on themselves. You really can't blame people for not wanting their venues destroyed, due to crazy traveler fights.

This was one of the more tasteful weddings and there were alot more people than most of the other weddings. I'm also happy to see a 23 year old being married instead of someone that's very young.

Good job, Thelma!

May the travellers support this shelter. He and his team went over and above. A beautiful wedding. Congratulations and blessings to you all... ❤️🇦🇺

The way the guys just kind of grab the girls from behind and take them away somewhere by force is seriously frightening to me.

Kudos to Martin who was a huge part in getting the reception ready! It was actually one of the most beautiful gypsy weddings yet.

Am I the only one horrified that she dropped out of school at ELEVEN?!

the venue was beautifully transformed. A lovely fella he is, he devotes his life to caring for animals....so he's bound to be a gent!

I love watching these video's but it still takes me off guard when the boys talk about the 'grabbing' ritual, dragging girls out by their hair against their will and having their way with them, its cruel and painful to hear assault as a normalised thing in their culture.. I would be traumatised. These poor girls have to go through so much

“It’s blatant discrimination, so wrong”
I have never seen ONE wedding where they don’t end up ruining the place.
I’d do the exact same thing

All of this for a few hours to have a woman become an indentured servant to her “husband”? This is absolutely ridiculous!
