I used to be mad at Piper and hate her, but now I just feel sorry for her. I genuinely think that she is innocent in all of this, even when she said "we're not stealers, " I think Tiffany is making her do this. Tiffany is forcing her to make her look like a victim as much as possible. If she doesn't, who knows what kind of horrible things she may do to her. The ex-members told about mistreatment, but Piper can't escape it. Tiffany is the only family she's got left. Hunter doesn't seem to be a great guy either, considering there are videos of him getting way too close to the girls in the group. I feel so sorry for her, and I wish her mother can face the consequences of her actions, because this is unacceptable. This reminds me of the Sprouses' mother (Cole and Dylan's mother), who was charged with child labor. She forcibly used her own kids and exploited them in the acting industry. Personally I don't think its piper Rockelle doing this, I think its her mother Tiffany rockelle. Piper is only a child, she can't really do much and Tiffany is known to be a controlling abusive person so this is mainly why I think its her.
