The Importance of Core Values

It’s important to determine your core values for the business early on because these core values will help you produce future goals 📈 since everything you do in your business 📊 is going to be based off of that. 💯✅ For JMGPR, our core values are about “being”- being creative, a hustler, authentic results drive and a tribe leader. 🙌🏼 Those are all the things that speak to us, and it also targets🎯the core group of people 👥 we deal with on any given day…we have our client relations, media relations, and employee relations. We need to make sure that we’re using our core values to address each one of those buckets and on a daily basis. ✔💪
