The US govt was Incorporated before anyone alive was born. The Dept of Agriculture is a private for profit Corporation.
All of the Divisions, FDA, USDA, Forest Service, at el are also private for profit
Corporations, CONTRACTED AND SUB CONTRACTED TOGETHER.
Let that all sink in. Corporations use By Laws, thats what they enforce, and punish with fees, fines, imprisonment.
