My all time favorite has to be "Kaguya-sama: Love is war". I cant really love an anime with a boring protagonist and I was pleasantly surprised that I loved Shirogane as much as I do since at a first glance he doesnt look that special. Also the romance is adorable and hilarous 10/10. And yes the manga is also excellent. 12/10

Kind of surprised Violet Evergarden isn’t included in this list. That series and whole story is one of the most beautiful stories of all time for me. I highly recommend watching the series first (1 season), the special episodes and then the movie they released in 2020. It is SO worth the watch.
