That delay makes it tough to follow, bro. You're going to lose some audience because of it, which would be a shame. There is no need for the delay. Your voice sounds fine. If you do anything for some added life to a stale room, a 5% room reverb is plenty. You would probably be happier adding some ambient music though. Then just a limiter / maximizer on the voice. Cheers.
