There is TREMENDOUS incentive among governments to present you with a bogeyman. Ideally, the bogeyman is “very complex, ” long-term (so immediate proof of its existence is not needed), and its dangers vague enough that no matter what happens the bogeyman can be blamed for it (any change in the weather is because of . . . climate change. The name is actually perfect, because the climate has been dynamic forever). No, weather and climate are not the same, but climate has NEVER been static. Also, the hypothesis of climate change is not falsifiable.

One nitpick. C02 levels above about 4000ppm can be a problem for humans. It is a toxicity issue unrelated to warming. They have C02 scrubbers on subs and spaceships for a reason

Love that 1st part, CO2 has been higher than it is now. Heck, the planet, according to Ice Cores from the past 500, 000 years, shows this as well as times when the earth was warmer than it is now. Then there is another Ice Age, boy "Climate Change" is has always happened whether we are here or not.

My take on Genesis 1:1, 2 : Genesis 1:1, 2 King James Version: In the beginning God created heaven and earth. And the earth was desolate and empty, and it was dark on the deep; and the Spirit of God was floating on the So: God's exhalation brought life to earth. CO₂ was in his spirit. Without CO₂, there would be no life on earth. 0.0419% is hard to the limit. The Hebrew word for spirit is 'Ruah' and actually means breath. "In the beginning …" is a correct description of the Big Bang in only one short sentence. The early earth had a lot more CO2, more than 10, 000 times!
