I ended up getting Robin purely due to getting her lightcone in 10 pulls. Personally I use streetwise boxing 4 piece as if she is hit it gives an attack buff to a max of 25%

And she is the only 5* i have ever willingly pulled their LC for

Its better to have low to no speed on characters like robin, ruan mei, tb because the more turns they get the shorter their buffs last. Pairing them with speed characters like sushang, yanqing and topaz allow overall better consistent damage

I genuinely think PSIM is her BiS LC. PSIM is a better Harmony character than Ruan Mei herself/hj
