I think the people in the UK should be given a subsidy credit toward their bill to heat their homes during winter months! The Monarch is all about service to the people and their community, and heating is a very big necessity during the cold winter months, maybe something like a 200 hundred dollar subsidy credit given on their bill during cold winter months to help with very high heating costs!
