im from albania currently living in ny and im 17 years old and i make this coffee for my parents almost everyday since i was 10, and it is turkish btw greeks are always saying its theirs but nobody ever calls it greek coffee for a reason.

In yeni pazar serbia we first make the water hot, then we take the dzezva away and mix in the coffee powder. Then we put the dzezva back and boil the coffee until it comes up. When it comes up we mix it and serve it in the cup

How do you get the coffee powder out? Do you have to be careful when pouring it? Or do you just drink it?

Sorry to say this, but notice that the original coffee had no crema at 1:38 after pouring. Then they break frame, come back and magically there is crema. Yeah, the chef goofed the first time, and then remade the coffee.
