by the looks of this Legendary badges will make a huge gap from HOF, aint no way you can use all these stats for HOF badges and not make a hige difference against legendaries

They'll make it where 93s (dunk/Lay/3pt/handle) seem legit Day 1 but then they'll add a key Animation or whatever to force everyone to use the Max+1 to get the 94s they truly need (if 2k23 & 2k24 are any indication)
