You can’t ride a scooter on the actual lane. She has probable cause for a stop. Vehicles must comply with licensing a registration if driven on a motorway.

Is that classified as a motor vehicle? Was he in the bike lane? If it is classified as a bike, and he is in the bike lane, it is an illegal stop. Unless he needs a helmet to ride a bike...

Oh, he should be wearing a helmet. The second thing is you don't need a license plate on the back of them because they're electric and my bike goes 32 km and I always wear a helmet. I don't do nothing stupid. I just stay to speed and then what I'm supposed to be doing other than you don't eat license plate on the back of.
