I'll never forget when I watched this episode and see this skinny beta male Kyuhyun mock and embarass Goo Hara calling her a "relationship idol" during her darkest times and while she's having depression, and said he could end her career with his inside knowledge and info. The accumulation of these stressful moments is believed what caused Hara's self exit (RIP). This unmanly gossip loving beta male Kyuhyun should live with the guilt and be ashamed of himself for life.

1:50 it's actually a very serious issue where interviewers always drags K-Pop idols towards politics without any reason.

I remember an interview when Monsta X were performing at Jingle Ball as the first K-artist to perform there.
Jooheon said that they were making history there and the interviewer asked: 'How are you making history today?'
IM than said that they are the first K-pop act to perform at Jingle Ball and the interviewer just completed his sentence and then asked: 'Did you hear that BTS got Grammy nomination?'
Even the title of thrće interview was somethimg like 'Monsta X are excited that BTS are nominated for Grammys'. They changed it later.

Edit: found the interview, it was by Access Hollywood
This was video description: The boys of MONSTA X (몬스타엑스) learn during Access' interview at Z100's iHeartRadio Jingle Ball 2018 about BTS' Grammy nomination and they couldn't be happier for their fellow K-pop group. Plus, the band members discuss their own milestone – becoming the first K-pop band to play Madison Square Garden as part of Z100's Jingle Ball.

Girls’ Generation also a bad interview on Radio Star. And Tiffany had a lot less patience than Goo Hara did.
RIP Goo Hara btw🙏🏾

It's normal to ask a group about plagiarism accusation! They can't always hide behind the company.

As a 13 year old in a journalism class interviewing is one of the first things we learn how to do, and they broke all the rules💀💀

my baby Hara didn't deserve all the shit she's gotten just for existing. Kyuhyun should be ashamed of himself!

I remember one-time BTS was on the Helen Show and she asked a super inappropriate question. And the members were visibly uncomfortable. But she kept insisting for an answer. So rude. But I believe interviewers have to at least do the bare minimum for idols. They deserve WAY better than this.

I loved Suga's mic drop response at that press conference.

First of all, TXT were interviewed by FOX and most of what comes out of their mouths aren’t to please the Kpop group but Fox’s base of viewers and get a reaction from an actual KPop group, who didn’t know what was going on anyway. It was such a tactical play by the media platform. looking for reactions

The reporter seriously asked BTS that question like a controversy qent on the heat died down and now after years he brought it back how could he do that this is super embarrassing and sugas gate that shut the door was amazing i need a powerful gate like that and reporters should make idols feel at ease cause they work really hard i hope the same will not happen to Stray Kids on their Walkin on Water controversy on plagiarism

I don't find these rude. If these are rude, then it must be quite difficult to survive in this world. Idols who are confident and know what they are doing, they probably don't have issue with such things.
Also, not everyone needs to know them, their success and every single detail about them. Interviewers goal is to find out things by asking. And if someone is misinformed or something like that, then it is a good chance to ask and get clarification directly.

I love ITZY but 0:47 is a straight slap in the face to Soyeon. Mega difference is Soyeon IS G-IDLE. Without her they wouldn’t so be popular and HUGE in kpop. ITZY can barely pull off the material they are given. Don’t do my girl like that.

Best advice for women that go into this types of shows, is to do a bit of research on the hosts that will be there. If they ask an inappropriate question, is to answer with a question back. A question that involves them, respectfully of course. Just turn the tables around. Sexism and misogyny is alive and well in Korea.

Don't all groups, in some way, compete with one another though? The interviewer didn't do his homework, unprofessional on his part. So lesson is, to all interviewer, just do your do diligence. I mean koreans aren't unique in this aspect. Tyla had the same happen to her on an American podcast.
