this very useful formal  letter but i'd like to ask one question about general IELTS there's any letter 250 words in general IELTS?

Does every work count? What about "a", "an", "the", "in", "on" ?

Hi there. I believe the last part in the first sentence can be written as 'which is a property i have/i had rented through your agency.' instead of 'which is a property i rent through your agency'. Let me know if anyone agrees or disagrees. Open for corrections!

My name is Olayinka Ola, I am one of your tenant at No2b Elizabeth Street, New Jersey.I rented the apartment through your agency.
Let me explain my situation, The problem started 2weeks ago when i discovered that the heating system is not working, i contacted your office through phone, i spoke to the manager in charge(Lizzy Charles)and she assured me that the heating system will be fixed before the week runs out.It is exactly a week ago that i spoke with her and the problem has not being attended to.the heating system is desperately needed especially at this winter period.
Would you kindly make arrangement for it to be fixed immediately.
