Not all driver bits are created equal. DeWalt's Flex Torq impact ready bits have a perfect fit and flexible torsion zone to help prevent breaking bits and stripping fasteners.

I bought this kit when it was on sale from Amazon for $10.
It’s decent but the flexing actually lessens the impact torque to the fasteners, thus making the operation less efficient in order to compensate for weaker steel used in the bits.

I bought a set of these after watching this video but not the same one shown here. They do appear to be really strong bits after using a couple of them. I think they do overkill the extras of each size on the set except for the square bits and torx bits in the sets.

My drill died on the job today, I went into Lowes and asked the guy in Tools if he could help me pick a new drill, he was extremely rude.
It was obvious he was having a bad day. Lowes needs to teach their people how to treat customers, especially return customers.

Got the 40pc flexTorq set off Amazon for $22 shipped. That’s a good $10 savings

for torque bits, they are junk where out extremely fast the only bit that I found to hold up to production work is the GRK purple for T-20 one bit last forever

So, I don’t understand the purpose of two different drills. One an impact drill, one just a drill. Would someone enlighten me please?

eh. I bought these. They arent as durable as Id like. Already broke off the heads on two of the phillips. They arent bad for the price though. Durable enough I guess is what the term would be.
