As a beginner, everything is difficult but you explain everything very thoroughly. Thank you.

The other day I've started using a 4x100 setup on my fitness skates and I'm hitting 35km/h for the first time. I feel like I've learnt a lot from your videos especially so I wanted to say thank you <3

Great tips and instruction. Would love more of these technical videos. Maybe a step by step progression from novice to double push almost like checkpoints and landmarks to hit. For example, get the double contact down before attempting double push.

Thank you Pascal for these videos about landing the skate, outside edging and pushing. I don't even have speed skates and this has taken my skating speed/efficiency up a level since I am pretty much self learned with the help of awesome people like you on youtube. One thing that I observed from your technique and have stolen :) is the leg recovery (I don't know if you have a video about that but it has made my stride a lot longer and more balanced/comfortable! )

Hi sir I'm from India. Ur videos r more helpful for me to teach my 7 years old daughter . She is state player in quad skates.Thank u. But
I have a doubt sir . She is skating very harder to go fast that is she is controlling her front skate and making her legs to pain. What to do to skate smarter sir

Hello Pascal! I especially enjoy this video from 3:00 minutes on. The rear & elevated camera angle is very helpful to understand your hip motion. I wonder about the spine & hip rotating and also the thigh bone (femur) rotating inside the hip to help maintain pressure and balance. Alas, I feel I am too much thinking, :) Thanks again for a great video

I’ve been practicing inline skating in the apartment basement and the surface is extremely smooth (some surfaces are shiny).
I’ve gotten used to the slippery surfaces and I can decently skate and turn.
I can’t transition to the rough surfaces of the outside grounds.
I’ve tripped over many time because of non-existent rocks.

Your videos are awesome man. Wow. I love the 60fps too along with the orrssjre points. Crisp quality video. Great job friend.

I come back from time to time to refresh the knowledge and I always enjoy these slowmotion saxophone parts so much. They are a kind of weird combination of picture and music but in the same way if intended out of a slightly humorous notion such a cool choice and so f@&€ing hot 🔥

Very nice video, Pascal.

I have a questions about the direction of the push,
when pushing, do you push so that your knees do not drop back and your whole body is forward? Or do you push completely sideways?

Hello, Pascal! Great!
Is it some kind of device which measure pressure on your feet? Can You rent or buy it?

Do you have any video where You are teaching how to get right shoulder and arm position?
