It was so hard for me and I had trouble finding anwers on how to file the Adjustment of Status with a K2.
From filling out the forms to assembling the packet.

New Question Cyndi. When using a G-1145 for derivative, I figure you must put in the child's name, but use the principal e-mail?

Yesterday I was ordering my papers to send it to immigration on Monday, you have helped me a lot, you are a great person. I have one last question: In my case, forms I-485, I-765, do I have to sign only the part that says SIGNATURE OF APPLICANT or also signed and completed the other part, PREPARATOR'S PAGE?
I understand that in the case of my child, I am the one who must sign his forms I-485, I-765 (SIGNATURE OF THE APPLICANT AND SIGNATURE OF THE PREPARATOR'S PAGE) Correct?

Cyndi, We are almost ready to mail our packets! Had another question. You have a tab on your K-2 I-485 about the affidavit of support. Is this a copy of the just the I-864 without the supporting documents?

Hi Cyndi, Sorry to bother you again. I have a question regarding the vaccination record for K-2. Did you get your vaccines abroad at the Consulate? Did you submit the DS-3025 record or just the vaccines record from Clinic?

Hello! Another question! You show one pic of you or your son on each forms but show "(2) 2x2 passport size pics". Are you putting two each with each form for a total of 6 pics each? I think maybe you are stacking the two pics in the baggie? thank you.
