Today we will be making this incredible yogurt parfait that you can make the night before and grab and go in the morning with a fiber packed, healthy breakfast. I'm going to include sugar-free, no egg, cookie dough bites and fresh raspberries. We will talk about how important fiber is in your daily diet and show how this is a great way to start your day! Join me as we assemble these beautiful and healthy parfaits with peanut butter being the star of the show.
Cookie Dough Bite (Protein Balls)
3/4 C oats (ground fine)
1/2 C almond flour or whole wheat
1/2 C Protein of your choice
1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
1/3 C peanut butter
1/4 C honey
1 tsp vanilla
Peanut Butter Yogurt Parfait
1/2 cup Low - fat greek yogurt (flavor is optional)
1/3 cup fresh berries
2 tsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp chopped peanuts or almonds
*optional 3-5 cookie dough bites
