i struggled with rhabdo for 2 weeks and was told if i had waited one more day to go to the ER i would’ve had permanent kidney damage, keeping me from track and crossfit. thank you jesus you caught it early🙌🏾

I've actually experienced this MANY TIMES, at least 30! It's more of a spontaneous occurrence developed from SEVERE dehydration, snowballing to kidney failure. Stay hydrated, ¾gal.+/day will keep the rhabdo away😅

My neighbor had this happen. She is a badass firefighter, one of the first female chiefs in our city. Her body fat was probably around 8-10% which is super low for a female. She does marathons and bodybuilding so she was the picture of health until she wasn’t. She ended up in hospital for a week. Really screwed up her ability to train for at least 6 months. Be careful girl.

We need rest days. My dad says the weight didn’t gain overnight neither can you lose it overnight. That was just his way of saying it will take time. But in the effort to workout and stay consistent this took place. Thank you for educating us on your channel. I never knew it could happen but I knew rest days are important to have. The body has its own repair phase and it needs time to complete that restoration phase. ❤❤❤
