The WHO initially did not appear worried about covid19 at first, then they send in workers fully suited up. Still not too much of an issue, 2 weeks ago oh, could be a problem and people need to take responsibility. People still allowed to fly all over and walk around. Now it’s community spreading. At what point did the governments outside of China not get this. When China started trying to control the spreading and had to use extreme measures, again what did the other governments not understand what could happen.
