You must’ve changed things a lot from February 2021. The Hoover power pet that I got has none of the easy openings like you’re showing… I have to take screws out and everything… It’s such a good cleaner but a huge pain to clean.

The easy cleaning features all come with the "Advanced" model for another $40. I wish I had spent the extra money because the original is very hard to clean.

WHOA WHOA WHOA I DONT HAVE THAT LATCH I can't figure out how to take the black part off. And the directions don't show me either

0:21 I don't have that latch, I had to use the small hole that says(quick pour spout) and swish water around to clean.

0:46 I'd love to clean that except it doesn't freaking come off

Yeah, the latch on the brush roll cover is something I don’t have and I cannot try it open with a screwdriver either. I desperately need to get in there and clean it and there is no other way to get to the dirt.

The brush roll cover does flip down that easy. I can't get it to unlatch to flip down.

Lol mine is a slightly different version so it isn't this easy/friendly.

Hi, I have the Hoover Power Dash Complete model FH50702 and can’t figure out while cleaning solution is good for this specific model…. Is any hoover solution good or are there any specific ones? I don’t know where the manual is because it was used by my other family members (still mostly new though), but it doesn’t seem like they saved it. I’d appreciate the help. I can’t find any info online, but then again I am probably just not looking at the right places.

Can I hold the machine up on the counter to place the brush head under running water and spin it to rinse it, or is forcefully spinning the brush bad for the machine?

We bought this because it was supposed to be so easy to use.... IT IS NOT> Very difficult to clean and it was only partially effective in cleaning the hallway runner.
