it is still controlled by some kind of administrator and i cant remove ISEEK

For some reason when I try to delete the chrome registry I get an error message saying "Error while deleting key. And if I go further and try to delete the "ExtensionInstallForcelist" files it says "unable to delete all specified values. what do I do?
