2. If they return home, they should not return to campus.
The viral spread goes both ways: campus to home and home to campus.

Here in Ohio colleges are closing next week and every student must leave campus and they aren't coming back until January

I love statistics and FACTS. That is why I post them daily on this site. FACT: The population of South America is 422.5 Million. FACT: Kamala Harris and many others have stated they would push to “decriminalize” border crossings. FACT: That IS THE SAME AS open borders. FACT: These same people have called for ‘free’ Medicare and education for all, INCLUDING ILLEGAL ALIENS. FACT: The US population would probably DOUBLE if they are allowed to implement their plan!!! FACT: The US Debt is now over $27 TRILLION! Now, do you really want the Democrats to also win the Senate?? Be careful what you wish for!! AND if you double the population you can expect COVID cases to double too!!
