She makes these videos on her phone, so literally has a clock with stopwatch, countdown timers and alarms at her fingertips at all times. No excuse.
My business by its nature has to run on time, I could not employ someone like this. Call me un-inclusive if you like but why should I wreck the business and annoy customers just because?

Time Blindness...incapable of prioritizing, also lazy, because prioritizing doesn't include commitment to your responsibilities. I have family with ADHD, they have NO problem hitting deadlines...in fact, they're more aggressive about it because the ADHD causes them to focus on time and deadlines... if you're working to solve your difficulties, rather than requesting EVERYONE ELSE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ISSUE.

I have a really hard time accepting that this is a REAL thing. First, ADHD in and of itself is wildly over diagnosed. It's used by many as a convenient justification for inconsiderate behavior. " Time blindness" may be a real thing, but unless it is paired with an intellectual disability, it really shouldn't cause or excuse one's tardiness. Provided you can effectively use an alarm clock, which in this case we can safely assume she can, being that she successfully posted this video, how are we buying this? I can see losing track of time during the day. In this case, though, the problem can be very easily solved with a clock.
