Normally Carrie doesn't take shit from anyone, she's the type of person who isn't afraid to stand up for herself and tells you what she thinks. But here she's different, she almost lets these employees oppress her and can't get her way. Strange. You would think that she would make a better leader because she is so authoritative.

Carrie seems better suited for managerial roles that require brute and uncompromising attitude towards employees. Someone like a training supervisor for certain companies, she's not built to be the supervisor who can lead with being reasonable and compassionate in order to achieve better output.
