Not every operator looks after the equipment like it’s their own…! This guys the real deal. Experienced with his equipment and able to give his guys proper direction on how to fix the problem.

Never seen a snow operation with so many tractors, where I’m from it’s all trucks and skid steers ny, you seem to have a massive fleet, good for you

You can tell your the owner might not hurt for your workers to do a pre trip inspection of some of those little things but in the dark it’s hard to see everything you do a great job

definitely a smart thing is investing the team into inspecting all vehicles and equipment before leaving or starting, could really help in the long run, maybe try to get someone who knows about the machines cause they'll be able to give good information on each one so they're always good when leaving, and it could help the amount of breaks cause if you inspect wear parts you can figure out it will bteak before it does

Start running bolts in the 3 point arms. Drill hole and put clip in . Use nylock nuts . You will see it won't happen again.

This kid is gassing himself too much. It might sound like he's a good boss but if anyone ever worked in the trades truly, this is not the boss you want. One of his last videos about working 12 days straight he pretty much said he was gonna fire some people once there's a day off.

Operators aren't made off the street. Proven many times with these dudes. Keep it up all the same. You'll get there
