How to use iOS 16's best new photo editing feature

There’s a hidden feature in iOS 16's Photos app that lets you cut out things in your photos and it's way too much fun to use.

But, where else can you save the image to? Can you insert the lifted photo into a different one? If not, this isn't super useful. Edit: after watching other videos about this same feature, I can say this video was not helpful at all either.

Ut how do you LAYER the copied objects from photos??? Paste them onto blank screen. Then add another layer etc???

Is there a way to edit the what it lifts? It’s cutting off needed sections and leaving in sections I want to remove

Apple needs their on photo ending so that you can add a different background for those copied photos

Can you actually remove a person or object from a picture? So if i take a pic, and dont want an object or person in the pic can i remove it like with the Samsung S22?

Just downloaded 16.1.1 on my iPhone 11. This feature doesn’t work.

When I crop a picture in editing, it shifts the photo after I already set it exactly the gram section I wanted. Then/or after I set up crop frame shape of picture I edit, then shifts the photo out of place after I press done. How do I stop it from messing up my crops my iPhone 13 and now new iPhone 15 is doing this. How do I fix this screw up??
