Saw Emoni play in person this year and yep I said the same thing if I was a coach I wouldn’t even recruit him because there’s no chance he’s going to college. NBA is written all over him, best HS player since Lebron. Unreal in person

Emoni has made it blatantly obvious that if he was to go to college, he would go to Michigan state. He has wanted to play under coach Izzo since 6th grade.

Theres alot to NBA and the players association are nowhere near making a deal on the one and done rule, and with Covid it's only been delayed farther. So theres a possibility that the rule wont change until 2025. Additionally, it's been pretty well known that Emoni has been an MSU fan since he was young and they've recruited him since he was in 7th grade. So it really has been MSU or NBA from the beginning. My guess is that they created Ypsi Prep so that he could get some national competition before he reclassifies. He'll play one year at MSU and then go to the league. MSU already has another 5 star and a four star in the class of 2021. He'll go to show out for a year and try to get that Natty and then get paid.
