My strategy as a big school is go hard after and get a visit as soon as possible to get the commit so you get your hours back sooner to go hard at the 4 stars

This made me think of a system to efficiently recuit and ive never felt so sweaty for an offline gamemofe before 😭

Recruiting is really easy this is what i do. Say im a low tier, week 1 of the season im giving out 35 scholarships to nothing but 3 stars (dont try overachieving aka try to recruit high stars as a low prestige school until you can) and scouting the players i have with the remaining hours (Only scout week 1 and in the off-season when you have extra hours) the method is basically throwing 💩 at the wall and seeing what sticks. Week 2 if they gain interest in my school or dont gain interest for anyone else i keep them on the board and send the house. If they gain any interest especially to big schools i get them off the board because youre ganna lose that battle. After that you just maintain the relationship, and adjust the hours every week depending on how much interest the player has in you and if hes gaining interest in other schools. In close or semi close recruiting battles or if you have extra hours (you usually shouldnt have extra till the end) schedule a visit if your school has good grades. every season your recruiting class will get better and better as long as you achieve your goals. Uconn is my school and i get the top or 2nd recruiting class every season. Team overall is a 93 rn. I never swayed once lol

Been waiting to learn how that shit works, might use it for a smaller school rebuild. Did a 2 year rebuild of the badgers n signed #1 classes full of gems 5s n 4s both like 33ish recruit classes. So I think big schools with higher stars it’s easiest to save the hours n try to find more gems or go all in on a 5 star ur falling back on or whatever

You only have a set amount of hours you can pour into a prospect though, if you use 30 to sway after already using a few to unlock their interests, you won't have any hours left

Force Ls for big schools and use hard sell or send the house also win your games and upgrade recruiting ability tree first

You have a ton of good grades for a 1 star school. But sway does works especially if they haven’t x’d out one of your categories

He fails to mention how it might not even work. The sway has better chances of working if the sway pitch already has pre-existing check marks. The less checkmarks you have in the sway pitch, the less likely it’ll work.

You have the lowest chances of it working if your sway pitch doesn’t have any green check marks already in it before you go to the next week.
