This is another Sichuan snack you really need to eat. They are spicy and so fragrant, especially when right out of the oven!

I am a Korean living in Shanghai for 7 years, and I tried the sichuan style brain tofu for the first time! It was a sichuan restaurant with authentic chefs, and wow the foods were amazing. The blood and pig intestine in chili oil was so good, and yes I tried the brain. It was so creamy, almost like a monkfish liver. I loved the texture a lot! Those sichuan foods were lovely! I hope I could really move to ChengDu :D

What a lovely couple. They were the perfect winners because they tried everything and were so nice to the stall holders. You could tell that they really appreciated Trevor's expertise. I loved her accent but a few of the locals couldn't understand that they are Indian but live in England. Trevor and Ting you are both so kind taking them and us on a great food tour.
