Appointment booked on 2PM! Reminder is set to one day before -> it will send the day before on 2PM right? Or is there any way to tell the system to send it out the day before at 8PM somehow?

at 1:45 re zoom meet ID - how do you include this if you haven't scheduled a meeting? Do you use personal meeting ID?

Hey Ash. I have a workflow with two different set event start date elements (move in date, move out date). Is this setup possible in the same workflow? Or can I only add one of these elements per workflow? Basically the goal is to send SMS notifications at different times based on both dates...

This is all great, but how do we connect the {{meeting.location}} / start time / etc to the flow? All my variables just come out blank although zoom is intergrated

Thank you Hasib, I have watched all 45 videos in your other intro to HighLevel playlist and they are a gamechanger, I have one question because I just watched this video and there is a link that supposedly pulls the zoom link. I am using Google Meet to book consultations but in the reminder and the initial confirmation email in the workflow it is not pulling the Google Meet link, it is sending it in a separate email that is not connected to the workflow but connected to the form and calendar itself. Is there a way to have Highlevel dynamically pull the meeting link and send on the 1st trigger and reminders?

@ashhasib GHL Support stated that if a contact is on the calendar multiple times, only the first appointment will get an appointment reminder. Is that true? If so, is there a workaround?
Trigger: Appointment Status
- Filters -
Event Type: Normal
In Calendar: PT Appts
Appt Status: Confirmed
- Settings -
Allow Multiple: Yes
- History/Results -
Contacts added for second appt: "Skipped: Contact is already active in this workflow."

Hi Ash, I made the automation correctly and it sends the confirmations, but when I cancel an appointment manually from the calendar it send them a confirmation message as if they booked again. Do you know how I can resolve this issue?

Hi Ash, do you know how to set up an automation for appointments that I schedule manually? I can't find the condition options in the settings. It only works for appointments that the contact books by themselves

Hey Ash, thanks for the video. Question, how do I make sure the automation is assigned to the right calendar? You mention it at the beginning of your video but I did not see any specific actions to link the calendar and the automation. Thank you!
