One of the things I love about Begins is that Bruce is up against the people who taught him everything he knows: his mentor, his brothers, to some extent even the local gangster and his father's own company.

Still to this day Batman Begins is my favourite Batman movie of all time. The tone and the action scenes are just phenomenal.

Love how Bruce had a multilayered attack. He immediately takes a fighter out while escaping the confined space, forcing the enemies to pursue and putting them on the back foot as he regroups to attack again. I know the fight scenes are lacking but I like how they are cut to leave your imagination to fill in the details. Imo this batman is fierce, yet lighter and freer after the Alfred pep talk that signed off on his nightly shenanigans. Like if your dad says, 'Son you've taken enough, you have my permission to hit that bully.'

It's a very arguable point, but Batman Begins has a legit case of being the best Batman film of all time. Interestingly enough though, when I first saw it in theaters back in 2005, I didn't really like it that much. It has since grown on me over the years and is now one of my favorite pictures.

I actually enjoy the fight scenes in this compared to two and three. Batman is much more explosive and ferocious.
