This is just like how bending works in avatar the last airbender using chi to manipulate the elements but of course the series itself is fiction but the bending itself is similar to how chi works interacting with the universe and the elements

Psychic abilities like telekinesis and pyrokinesis are interesting, but what am I going to do with it if I have these powers? Telekinesis can be interesting if you want to be able to defend yourself in a surprising way. Pyrokinesis is too destructive.
