Thanks Ray for the video! I was hoping there was SOMEONE out there who did NOT use the cooling tank/sleeve. I can't really afford that so am using regular icepacks. Also, thanks for being honest about the pain & sleeping. I don't have a recliner but have body pillows & a great chair! Thanks for sharing your experiences!!!😊

You are right - it was a partial tear..still very painful and worth fixing.  I'm now 2 years after the surgery and doing so much better...almost full strength and flexibility returned but the important thing to note is that it is at LEAST a one year recovery period!

Hello, my name is Ivan. Great video on your post op recovery. I was supposed to get surgery done on my left shoulder this past Tuesday September 8th 2020, but it was postponed because my blood pressure spiked high as my surgery was about to begin. I guess I was way too nervous. Now I have to get cleared by my cardiologist. I did get pretty much everything I needed ready before my surgery. I just need a second hand reclining chair. And did the hospital provide you with a sling or did you have to purchase one?

Thanks for this video I plan on getting the surgery done Ultra scopically and January, the only pain meds I have now or Motrin 800 and Vicodin 15 300, I usually take them for my back, I like how you suggest other stronger pain meds cuz I might need them! The worst pain I was ever in was when they performed inguinal hernia surgery, with 3 inch incision.. the pain was absolutely horrible very sore couldn't walk or sit down sit up for about a week, I was taking 3 to 4 Norco a day and Motrin 800 in it helped a little.. okay thanks for the your video I plan to subscribe and watch them all.. wade
