SKY Rehab offers a multitude of services through our convenient outpatient department. The outpatient department at SKY can provide patients 12 years and older with the therapy services they need.

SKY Rehab also offers monthly support groups for Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and Caregivers.
