Two things here, one, reminds me of why I own my own business, to reminds me of the frustrations I have with some employees. Yes, I to act like the “cool boss”, but if you cross the line or take my kindness for do whatever the fuck, then there’s going to be consequences. People need discipline these days and if it’s an event, I don’t care if it’s fucking for Walmart, if you’re representing your company, the fucking dress up. Not sure if it’s casual or not? Fucking dress up anyway. In addition, circling back to the number one reason why this reminds me of something, is the threat of someone higher of my future livelihood. I can’t live like that, being told by somebody saying if I wasn’t doing something that it was “really bad for you“ Like “I’m not gonna fire you now, but you’re fucked in the future“. That’s why I’m a multimillionaire, because I refuse to let one thing stand in the way of my financial success and future. The boss could fire me at any time, and there goes my dreams, my hopes everything or laid off. I no longer have to be in fear of stepping on the wrong toes, or hearing indirect, implied threats of losing my livelihood, because I am making someone of higher stature in the business unhappy. I am not giving Dave any shit here, he is well justified. However, me personally, I don’t take threats like that. That’s one of the reasons why I open my own business. And I’m sure Dave would say the same. if you don’t have the ability to open your own business and expanding your dollars and investing your money and taking risks, that’s fine. Just don’t think there’s something that you’re not the world does not revolve around you and neither does the business that takes care of you. Show some pride for the people you represent, including your business. Don’t look like a slob, especially when the boss stresses “dress up it’s like a kick in your boss is nuts when you look like shit or look like you just left the dorm. Seen one do that with an under armor shirt fucking shorts and a backwards hat. SMH dude was probably wearing sandals to SMH show some fucking pride bro.
